A store that sells both on its own site and on Rozetka runs two portals: products are entered twice, marketplace orders are gathered by hand. Stock in the two systems drifts apart.
Rozetka Marketplace builds the product feed to Rozetka's requirements and imports marketplace orders into Shopify. Sync runs every 30 minutes on the Start plan and every 15 minutes on the others; errors are collected in a report. Shipping goes through Nova Poshta Shipping and receipts through Vchasno.Kasa, if they are installed.
The plan is chosen by volume: 30 products and 30 orders a month on Start, up to 5,000 products and unlimited orders on Enterprise. A store with a catalogue larger than 5,000 items will not fit. The interface is in Ukrainian and English.
