How every agent of ours is built
It reads first.
By default the agent has read-only access. It changes nothing until you allow it.
Four degrees of autonomy.
Observes → suggests → acts after confirmation → acts on its own within an approved list. You choose the degree for each operation separately.
Every step is in the log.
What it checked, what it found, which rule it relied on. The log can be read without a programmer.
It lives inside your perimeter.
In your Microsoft tenant or on your infrastructure. We do not train models on your data.
What the agent does not do
It does not make decisions for the manager. It does not invent rules that do not exist: if a policy lives only in people's heads, we write it down first. Often that is the most useful part of the project.
There are also agents that answer customers in WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber and on the phone. They have a page of their own.

What does a Master Development AI agent do in ERP?
A Master Development agent reads operations in Dynamics 365 or 1C and checks each one against the client's internal policies. By morning it leaves a list of deviations: document number, the rule broken, the figure and the person who can fix it.
Does the agent change data in the system?
Not by default. A Master Development agent only reads. The right to act is granted for a list of operations the client approves, and every step is written to the log.
Where does the agent run and where does the data go?
The agent runs in the client's Microsoft tenant or on the client's infrastructure. Master Development does not train models on client data.
Do we need to change processes or retrain staff?
No. The agent works with data the system already collects and asks nothing extra of people.
How does an agent project start?
With one internal policy and the archive of operations under it: the agent runs through the archive and shows how many deviations it would have caught. For IT infrastructure the first step is an inventory: a map of servers, domains, mailboxes and accounts.
