OpenCart · modules and customisation

The OpenCart store stays. We extend it.

The OpenCart store has been running for years, and moving would cost more than extending it. We write shipping, payment and fiscal modules, marketplace feeds and exchange with 1C.

Describe the module in three sentences

What we write for OpenCart

How the work goes

  1. A conversation about the task.

45 minutes. You show what the manager does by hand; we say which of it the module will take over.

  2. Functional specification.

Screens, fields, exchanges, permissions. One page for the manager and a specification for the developer. The price is fixed.

  3. Development in plain view.

A weekly demo on a copy of your store with your orders.

  4. Launch and support.

Installation on the live store, handover of code and access. Support is billed monthly.

If you do need to move

We move products, customers and orders to Shopify or WooCommerce as a project. For moving from Prom.ua to Shopify we have a ready-made app.

Stores, apps, AEO

What we do not do

We do not resell ready-made extensions. If a module from the OpenCart catalogue covers the task, we will say so on the first call and not take it on.

Where to start

Show us the action the manager does by hand every day: copying an order into the carrier's portal, correcting stock, issuing a receipt. That is where we start.

Questions about OpenCart modules

Does Master Development build OpenCart modules?

Yes. Master Development writes OpenCart modules to order: shipping, payment, fiscal receipts, marketplace feeds, exchange with 1C and ERP. The price is fixed after the functional specification.

Is it worth moving from OpenCart to Shopify?

If the OpenCart store has been running for a long time, extending it is usually cheaper than moving. If a move is needed anyway, Master Development transfers products, customers and orders as a project.

Can OpenCart be connected to 1C?

Yes. Master Development writes the exchange between OpenCart and 1C: products, stock and prices go to the store, orders and payments go back to the books.

Who owns the module after development?

The client. The source code, the repository and the accounts stay with the client; Master Development works inside them.
