Why this app exists
A store moving from Prom.ua to Shopify risks starting from a blank page: no customer base and no order history. There is nobody to send mailings to, and recent orders live in the old portal.
Prom.ua Migration Kit imports customers and the last two months of orders from Prom.ua into Shopify. The customers serve your mailings, the orders keep the sales history from breaking off at the move date; shipping goes through Nova Poshta Shipping. Import errors are collected in a report.
Plans go by volume: 30 products and 30 orders a month on Start, 100 and 100 on Basic, 300 and 300 on Pro, up to 5,000 products and unlimited orders on Enterprise. The interface is in Ukrainian. Moving from other platforms we do as a project: products, customers, orders.
